Step 1: Make sure your hands are clean.

Step 2: Wet the external vulvar area with lukewarm water and gently cleanse with a small amount of gentle herbal wash.

Step 3: Rinse thoroughly, then gently pat the area completely dry. Avoid rubbing.

Step 4: Apply a small amount of OUR+ in a thin layer to the external vulvar skin and allow it to absorb before getting dressed.

Step 5: If the itching returns later, reapply another small amount as needed.

A small amount is enough for each application. For external use only. Do not insert inside.
